STUTTGART―September 15, 2022―OSG Corporation was presented with the “Preferred Supplier” status by Bosch, a German multinational engineering and technology company.

The status of Preferred Supplier was entrusted to OSG by Bosch Tools Category Expert Horst Ziegler on behalf of Bosch Japan Category Expert and Disciplinary Manager Yuji Manome during the AMB international exhibition for metalworking, held in Stuttgart, Germany.

OSG GmbH exhibited at the AMB – the international exhibition for metalworking, held in Stuttgart, Germany from September 13 to 17, 2022.
As the world’s largest manufacturer of solid round tools, OSG has provided competitive services over a long period of time in the field of carbide tools, which Bosch uses primarily in its German and Japanese plants. Presented annually, the preferred supplier status is not only a recognition for exceptional performance, but also signifies Bosch’s intent to intensify cooperation with the chosen supplier. OSG has worked with Bosch for many years, and it is the second time the company received this status.

OSG GmbH was founded in 2002 in Göppingen, Germany. Ten years later, the company revamped with a new production facility and administration building. In addition to being able to produce and customize products in Germany with fast delivery time, OSG GmbH also provides tool reconditioning services to its clients. In December 2016, a new complex – the OSG Academy, was established adjacent to OSG GmbH’s existing facility.
