The event, themed “AI-Powered Sustainable Manufacturing,” highlighted the role of artificial intelligence in advancing innovation and sustainability across the manufacturing sector. Held in Taichung, the center of Taiwan’s machine tool industry, TMTS 2026 showcased machine tools, smart manufacturing technologies, automation systems and precision components, with an emphasis on integrating digital technologies and environmentally conscious solutions. According to the organizer, the four-day event attracted professional buyers from more than 80 countries and drew nearly 73,000 domestic and international visitors.

At TMTS 2026, Taiho introduced OSG’s latest tooling solutions, including the ADOX high-performance coolant-through carbide drill and the AD-MICRO small-diameter carbide drill for small-diameter and deep-hole applications. The company also highlighted environmentally friendly products designed with sustainability in mind, such as the Gtag low-carbon product series.

In addition, Taiho presented Taiwan-made original products for hole processing, including the TX-SFT high-performance spiral flute tap. Diamond tooling solutions for micro-precision machining from 6C x OSG and Contour Fine Tooling were also on display. Live cutting demonstrations were conducted throughout the exhibition, allowing visitors to experience the performance of OSG Group tooling solutions firsthand.
