The initial ZERO Series lineup consists of two products: ZERO-GT and ZERO-BT. Each was developed to address critical challenges that have traditionally limited manufacturing performance and design flexibility. The ZERO-GT enables threads to be formed closer to the bottom of blind holes than ever before, supporting thinner, lighter-weight component designs and maximizing usable thread depth. Meanwhile, the ZERO-BT minimizes the risk of breakage in small-diameter threading applications, delivering stable and reliable performance in difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel.
